– Items that have been used, worn, altered, or washed.

– Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

– Gift cards.

2. Initiating a Return

2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Shipping the Return: Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs

– Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item.

– Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Inspection and Processing

3.1 Inspection of Returned Items

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the items do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

We will review your case and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.

For damaged or defective items, we will either replace the item at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. If the refund still hasn’t posted, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
